Free inventory scan

Choose products, on-hand inventory, and line-item sales CSVs. The Export Fit Receipt checks headers, SKU overlap, cost coverage, and sales span in your browser first. Files are sent only when you run the scan; the server processes them in memory and does not retain the originals. The current paid pilot is for single-store Lightspeed Retail X-Series Core shops.

At least 90 days; 12 months is recommended for reliable dead-stock findings.

Preflight is not a paid-readiness promise; the server revalidates every row. Report figures are source-export amounts and are not converted; checkout currency changes only the purchase price.

How to export the files

  • Lightspeed Retail X-Series: export your product list for Products, your inventory-on-hand report for Inventory, and a line-item sales report for Sales. The CSVs need a SKU; inventory also needs on-hand quantity; sales needs a sale date and units sold.
  • Compatibility-only inputs: Shopify and other standard CSV shapes can be checked by the Export Fit Receipt, but they are not the current paid-pilot promise. Use files with SKU, on-hand quantity, line-item sale date, units sold, cost, and price. ISO dates are preferred; ambiguous numeric dates are rejected rather than guessed.

No files handy? Poke at the interactive demo with sample data first. Columns that look like customer, staff, or payment data are excluded from normalization and storage after the scan parses the file in memory.
