How to export the files

  • Lightspeed Retail X-Series: Catalog → Products → Export list (products); Inventory → Export (inventory); Reporting → Sales reports → export CSV (sales). Raw exports work — headers like “Supply price” are recognized automatically.
  • Shopify: Products → Export (products / catalog); Analytics → Reports → sales export. “Variant SKU”, “Cost per item”, and “Status” map with zero re-mapping.
  • Square and others: any CSV with standard columns (SKU, quantity on hand, units sold, cost, price) is understood.

No files handy? Poke at the interactive demo with sample data first. Columns that look like customer, staff, or payment data are rejected before processing.
